We offer a wide range of jewellery repairs — from polishing, gemstone tightening, soldering and ring resizing to claw rebuilding and full restoration. We also make custom, handcrafted heavy chains and bracelets with a range of customisation options.
In House Jewellery Repair
Each of our stores has a small workshop for minor repairs, which can often be done on the spot or within a short time. We can repair and restore almost any fine jewellery.
Complicated Jewellery Repairs
For more involved work — soldering breaks, rebuilding prongs, setting gemstones, resizing and re-shanking rings — visit us in store and speak with our staff about any questions.
Cleaning, Polishing, Rhodium Plating & Refinishing
Gold and silver wear down over time. We offer free cleaning and inspection, plus a free repair estimate if needed. Polishing can remove heavy wear and scratches, and pieces can be replated in gold or rhodium. We recommend regular cleaning and inspection — free checks are offered whether or not your item was bought from us.
Ring Resizing
We size rings up or down. For an exact fit, we recommend having your finger measured in store.
Diamond and Gemstone Replacement
We match and replace lost diamonds and gemstones, rebuild claws and check settings.
Prong Re-tipping & Crown Repair
Thin, worn prongs can break and loosen stones. We recommend checking your rings every six months. Re-tipping builds up worn prongs so they hold your stones securely.
Appraisals
We offer appraisals to establish current value — for estate purposes, sales pricing, and fluctuating metal prices. No appointment needed. We appraise diamond, gold and gemstone jewellery, antiques, rare coins and precious metals, and are proud to be the most trusted appraiser in the Macarthur region.
Valuations
We provide valuation certificates for personal, sales or insurance purposes, prepared by a registered gemologist.
